Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Specialist to join our team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position operates from 7 PM to 4 AM. The salary ranges from 80,00 to 100,00 PKR, plus commission, with potential earnings reaching up to 200,00 to 250,00 PKR.

As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients, overseeing contract renewals, assessing service utilization, identifying client needs, and proposing tailored solutions. Tracking client success metrics for service improvements is also a key part of this role.

Ideal candidates will have experience in customer success, sales, or account management, demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
