Job Description
AL HABIB CONVERTERS PVT. LTD. is looking for a dedicated Production Manager to lead our tissue paper manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial) or have a minimum of 5 years of experience in tissue paper or FMCG production.
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume production lines.
- In-depth knowledge of tissue paper machines and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Proven leadership abilities to oversee a workforce of 50+ employees across multiple shifts.
Salary: PKR 110,00–150,00 per month
Benefits: Includes food, accommodation, and overtime allowances.
Work Location: Rawat Industrial Area, St. S2, Rawalpindi. This position is full-time and requires in-person attendance.

- Basic Computer Skills
