Job Description
Lightheart Insurance Agency is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for the position of Remote HR Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates interested in selling Affordable Care Act (ACA) health insurance.
Your key responsibilities will include managing applicant communications via our Google Voice number, ensuring prompt responses, and scheduling interviews through phone or Zoom. Additionally, you will provide candidates with comprehensive information about the position and assist in client retention efforts.
Pay: Starting at $15 USD per day.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of Call Center experience and proficiency in English.
