Job Description
Provox Global Solutions is actively seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will work closely with multiple departments to verify and accurately record transactions, while addressing any account discrepancies that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer payments through ACH, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile invoice accounts, providing monthly summaries of receivables.
- Collaborate with the collections department to effectively resolve outstanding collections.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information is maintained.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent listening abilities, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with NetSuite and invoicing is highly preferred. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time, on-site in Islamabad from 6 PM to 3 AM. Application Deadline: 21/08/2025.
