Job Description
Explosion Services is looking for a passionate and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) campaign. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, verify insurance information, assist with equipment orders, and deliver outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include verifying insurance eligibility, educating patients about DME, coordinating with healthcare providers, and managing sensitive information with confidentiality.
Qualifications: Successful candidates will have at least six months of experience in healthcare or DME customer service, strong communication abilities, and familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
