Job Description
“Q Real Estate” is experiencing significant growth and is looking for a meticulous and skilled Quantity Surveyor based in Pine Avenue, Lahore. In this role, you will oversee the contractual and financial elements of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while upholding our commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities: You will prepare cost estimates, conduct cost analysis, advise on procurement strategies, monitor design changes, negotiate contracts, and perform site visits to assess work progress.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, exceptional analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in quantity surveying software.
