Job Description
Mclean Intelligent Workforce is in search of a proactive Team Lead for our Business Development department. In this pivotal role, you will guide, mentor, and inspire a team of inside sales representatives. Your primary responsibilities will include devising strategic sales plans, assessing team performance, enhancing sales techniques, and recruiting new talent.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of inside sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. A demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and outstanding leadership abilities are crucial.
