Job Description
Bitswits Pvt Ltd is currently looking for a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to enhance our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with overseeing payroll and tax calculations while managing benefits administration, including EOBI and health insurance. Ensuring compliance with FBR regulations and labor laws will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will contribute significantly to HRIS and attendance management, as well as budget monitoring and reporting.
This is a full-time in-person position, offering a competitive salary between Rs70,00.00 and Rs80,00.00 per month.
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
