Job Description
Mezan Group is currently looking for a skilled Executive Quality Control Officer to become a part of our dynamic team in Karachi. In this critical role, you will oversee the collection of samples, perform analysis on oil and fat, and conduct thorough inspections of both production lines and finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sample collection processes.
- Analyze oil and fat samples against established parameters.
- Conduct inspections of production lines and finished goods.
- Prepare samples for laboratory analysis.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG sector.
- A degree in Applied Chemistry or Food Technology.
