Job Description
Alibaba seeks a Logistics Sales Lead for the Daraz division to drive B2B growth and achieve sales targets. The role includes developing and executing business development strategies, prospecting and closing corporate accounts, managing end-to-end client onboarding, and preparing proposals and business reports. You will collaborate with operations, product, and finance teams, monitor market trends and competitors, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure excellent service.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in courier/logistics with proven B2B sales results.
- Skills: strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, data analysis, customer focus, Microsoft Office proficiency, tech-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently.
