Job Description

We seek a Channel Operations Manager to drive business growth, enhance franchisee satisfaction, and improve customer experience across Lahore. The role requires competitive market analysis, coaching and performance improvement for underperforming franchisees, and strict enforcement of company policies.

• Present market intelligence and channel updates at monthly sales meetings
• Manage daily Nayasavera stock and NSD inventory
• Coach franchisees on ABS, special discounts, tours, YEI, and housekeeping standards
• Coordinate annual branding initiatives with brand managers and vendors
• Provide on-ground support to maximize sales and operational excellence
