Job Description
Aurora Nexus seeks a full-time, in-person Business Development Executive to work 9 PM–6 AM, Monday–Friday. The role requires independently generating and qualifying leads via LinkedIn, outbound calls, Fiverr, and Upwork; managing a sales pipeline; and presenting, negotiating, and closing B2B agreements to meet monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience
- Demonstrated success on freelance platforms (Fiverr, Upwork)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work night shift (in-person)
