Job Description
MedCare MSO, a USA-based healthcare IT company with 1,00+ staff in Pakistan, seeks a full-time Business Development Associate for CCM/RPM sales. This on-site night-shift role (7:00 PM–4:00 AM) is based in M. M. Alam, Lahore.
- Identify and pursue CCM/RPM sales opportunities; conduct demos and needs assessments
- Develop client solutions, achieve sales targets, and coordinate smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal teams
Requirements: 1–2 years of sales experience (healthcare preferred), strong knowledge of CCM/RPM services, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, CRM familiarity, and a bachelor’s degree. Applicants must be comfortable with night shifts and on-site work.
