Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Support Representative for our STR project. Provide fast, high-quality chat, email, and phone support on rotating shifts; resolve guest account and administrative issues; communicate clearly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Requirements: strong written and spoken English with a neutral American accent, error-free writing, fast typing, quick to learn new systems, and shift flexibility. One year of CSR experience preferred.
• Compensation & benefits: Rs75,00–Rs80,00/month, paid training, annual raises/bonuses, fuel allowance, and paid leave. Immediate hiring.
