Job Description
Home Solutions (S. Abdullahome) seeks an experienced Plant HR Manager to lead HR operations at its Faisalabad factory, reporting to the Head of Human Resources. Competitive salary with accommodation, meals, and additional benefits.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, manpower planning, and align HR with production needs.
- Manage employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, engagement, policies, grievances, compliance, performance management, and HR reporting.
Qualifications: BBA/MBA (HR) or related; 5–7 years progressive HR experience (ceramics/sanitary ware/tiles preferred); strong labor law knowledge, leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
