Job Description
Fexart Studios is hiring a full-time, in-person Business Development Manager to lead a team of three and accelerate sales. Hours: Mon–Fri, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM. You will manage proposals and Upwork bids, follow up leads from Upwork, LinkedIn and inbound channels, coordinate with internal teams, track outreach and conversion metrics, and improve sales processes to expand the pipeline.
- Requirements: 2–4 years in business development, client management, or sales (design/creative/IT preferred); strong written and verbal communication; organized, proactive, and hands-on with Upwork/LinkedIn.
