Job Description
Blackenwhite is hiring a full-time Customer Support Representative in Karachi. You will manage inbound calls and chats (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), resolve logistics and shipment inquiries, address customer complaints with empathy, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the team to achieve targets.
- Qualifications: prior customer support experience, strong English communication skills, professional and friendly demeanor, motivated and hardworking.
- In-person role; reliable commuting or relocation to Karachi required. Minimum intermediate/graduate education. Not suitable for students.
- Salary: Rs35,00–Rs45,00 per month.
