Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is hiring full-time Customer Relations Officers for a domestic inbound call project in Islamabad. Compensation is PKR 37,00–42,00 per month plus performance-based incentives. Candidates must have at least 14 years of education (Bachelor’s), 6–12 months of work experience, strong spoken English or Urdu, and basic proficiency with digital tools. Prior BPO or customer service experience is an advantage. The role requires six days per week with rotational eight-hour shifts. Office location: Plot 349-352, 1st Floor, Street 5, I-9/3, Islamabad.
