Job Description
Digital Group of Marketing seeks professional, punctual part-time Call Center Agents for our Urdu call center. Agents will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist and resolve customer inquiries, promote services, and collaborate to achieve team targets.
- Requirements: minimum 1 year call center experience, excellent Urdu communication, confidence, patience, professionalism, and basic computer skills.
- Benefits: fixed salary plus attractive commission, promotion and bonus opportunities.
- Job Type: Part-time. Pay: Rs35,00–Rs75,00 per month. Work Location: on-site at our office.
