Job Description
ICIL seeks a full-time, in-person Customer Support Officer to manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and promptness. The role requires investigating and resolving complaints by identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions. You will coordinate with internal departments to follow up on cases and ensure timely closure, accurately document all interactions, and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or management. The successful candidate will also contribute to process improvements to enhance service quality. Compensation: Rs35,00–Rs40,00 per month.
