Job Description
We seek an experienced leader to drive the North region sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. You will develop and execute regional sales plans, coach and motivate the sales force, and strengthen relationships with customers, distributors, and trade partners. Responsibilities include monitoring market and competitor activity, ensuring merchandising and in-store visibility, conducting market visits, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and collaborating closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
- 5–7+ years in FMCG or retail sales with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
- Established regional market network; full-time, in person
