Job Description
Collab BPO is hiring a full-time, in-person Night Shift Call Center Representative (11 PM–8 AM). Responsibilities include making outbound calls, presenting services persuasively, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. Candidates must be confident, articulate, and possess strong spoken English (accent not important). Prior call center or sales experience is a plus but not required. We offer full training, performance-based compensation (Rs60,00–Rs100,00/month), bonuses, incentives, and a supportive, fast-paced work environment.
