Job Description
We are seeking an Outreach Specialist to cultivate community and partner relationships, develop and execute outreach strategies, coordinate events, and manage external communications. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in community engagement or nonprofit outreach, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to track outreach metrics and produce clear reports.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement outreach plans and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate volunteers, events, and outreach logistics
- Maintain CRM records and monitor performance metrics
- Prepare regular reports and collaborate with internal teams
