Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Claims & Denials Specialist to oversee the claims lifecycle, review denials, prepare appeals, and maximize reimbursement. The role involves analyzing EOBs, verifying CPT and ICD-10 coding, applying payer guidelines, and coordinating with providers to resolve documentation or billing issues.
- Submit accurate claims and timely appeals; conduct trend analysis and implement denial-prevention strategies
- Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance policies and billing systems; proficient with EHRs
- Required: minimum 2 years of medical billing experience, strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and effective prioritization
