Job Description
We are seeking an outbound sales representative to work onsite in Soan Garden, Islamabad (Islamabad GPO). Full-time, US shift (6 PM–3 AM), base salary Rs40,00–50,00.
- Responsibilities: high-volume cold calling, follow-up emails, LinkedIn outreach, lead qualification, appointment setting, and accurate CRM updates; schedule meetings and meet weekly KPIs.
- Requirements: excellent English, BPO experience with exposure to US/Canadian campaigns, comfortable using dialers and handling objections, minimum 6 months outbound sales experience (1 year preferred), and a target-driven mindset.
