Job Description
Apt Resources Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Diamond Evaluator to join our client’s mining operations in Angola. The successful candidate will assess, grade, and value rough diamonds in accordance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and grade diamonds using advanced gemological equipment.
- Determine market values using current pricing data and trends.
- Maintain precise documentation and prepare detailed reports.
- Work with mining teams to ensure proper and safe handling of stones.
Requirements & Benefits: Degree in Gemology or related field, minimum 8 years’ experience, fluency in English and Portuguese, and familiarity with the Kimberley Process. Compensation USD 5,00–7,00/month plus commission, with accommodation, meals, and insurance provided.
