Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, RHR to support HR operations, recruitment, rewards, and employee relations. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will assist in implementing HR policies, managing performance processes, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Coordinate talent acquisition and onboarding; oversee payroll and benefits administration.
- Analyze HR metrics, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and advise on employee relations matters.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, minimum 3 years of HR experience, strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Knowledge of labor law and HRIS is preferred.
