Job Description
Provox Global Solutions is actively seeking a talented Artificial Intelligence Engineer to become an integral part of our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in AI development, particularly with Dialogflow CX/ES and CCAI. Key responsibilities will include designing and implementing conversational agents, enhancing customer interactions, and engaging in backend development utilizing Node.js, API management, and cloud solutions through Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, over 5 years of experience in software development, and strong proficiency in Dialogflow, Node.js, SQL, and JavaScript.
