Job Description
1 Stop Technologies, a rapidly expanding B2B company based in the US, is looking for an HR Executive and an HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidates will oversee the entire HR cycle, which includes recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Design and implement effective HR strategies.
- Facilitate onboarding and training initiatives.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field is required. Candidates for the Executive position should have 2–5 years of experience, while those applying for the Manager role should possess 5+ years of relevant experience.
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 70,00 to 110,00 per month.
