Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Lead Operations to join our Lahore team. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a strong leader with a minimum of 2 years in the BPO industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure efficiency within our international call center. Ideal candidates will possess excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills, along with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
We offer competitive salaries ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month, along with additional valuable benefits.
