Job Description

Role Summary:

Zeta Technologies is looking for a dedicated Executive NOC professional to ensure seamless network operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing shift activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and overseeing provisioning and routing tasks.

Duties Include:

• Monitoring messaging traffic and resolving Level 1 issues.
• Addressing customer complaints through various communication platforms.
• Processing provisioning and routing requests while generating operational reports.
• Conducting interconnection tasks and testing for wholesale messaging carriers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; at least one year of experience in a similar role; proficiency in SIP, SMPP, and Linux; strong analytical skills; and fluency in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
