Job Description
Logistics Vel is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to become a valuable member of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and ensuring a clean and organized reception area. Key responsibilities include managing meeting room bookings, handling mail and deliveries, and providing clerical support to the HR and Admin departments.
Additional duties encompass managing office supplies, coordinating with housekeeping and security teams, and assisting in event planning and internal communications. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary between Rs35,00.00 and Rs40,00.00 per month. Please note that this position requires in-person work.
