Job Description

The Noor Project is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teacher Assistant to join our Pre-K to Grade 5 classrooms in Lahore. The successful candidate will assist the Class Teacher with daily activities and lesson implementation, provide support to students requiring additional help, and create an engaging and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Class Teacher in daily activities and lesson delivery.
• Provide individualized and small group support for students in need.
• Foster a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
• Support classroom management during lessons.
• Organize teaching materials and maintain a tidy classroom.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Education or a related field (preferred).
• Experience working with young children or in educational settings.
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a desire to help others.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary: Rs40,00 per month
