Job Description
HR Viewpoint is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee daily operations on platforms like Shopify and Daraz. In this pivotal role, you will manage high-volume order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory flow while collaborating with our warehousing, technology, customer experience, and merchandising teams.
Your key responsibilities will include driving reporting, implementing automation, and fostering process innovations to improve overall efficiency. You will also monitor essential performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timelines, return rates, and order accuracy to ensure optimal platform performance, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
