Job Description
Al-Abbas Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. is pleased to announce an opening for the IT Support Officer role within our Information Technology Department, located in the SITE Area of Karachi, Pakistan. This is a full-time position that requires dedication and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of computer systems and support services.
- Configure and set up end-user desktop hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues, including networking challenges.
- Provide professional assistance to end-users and clearly explain solutions.
- Repair out-of-warranty PC hardware.
- Assist with installation of local area networks.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a Diploma in IT, along with 2-3 years of Network Support experience. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
