Job Description

Herbiotics Health Care is actively seeking an Assistant Human Resource Manager to enhance our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing attendance policies, supervising employee evaluations, coordinating training programs, and promoting employee engagement initiatives.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with 3-5 years of HR management experience, preferably within the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industries. Proficiency in HR software, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of Pakistan’s labor laws are mandatory.
