Job Description
TMG Ventures is actively seeking a qualified Site Supervisor to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), monitoring project timelines, and ensuring quality control while effectively managing vendor relationships. Your expertise will be essential in resolving on-site issues and conflicts efficiently.
You will oversee site activities including framing, insulation, drywall installation, flooring, and roofing, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. Additionally, you will document site plans and manage project budgets meticulously to ensure successful project execution.
