Job Description
AGILE HR is actively seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to drive the expansion of distribution networks within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Food & Beverages sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, mentoring the sales team, and conducting market visits to ensure product availability while monitoring competitor activities.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree (MBA preferred), 4-6 years of experience in the FMCG industry, and candidates should ideally be between 25-35 years old. Key competencies required are strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and knowledge of distribution management. A personal vehicle is mandatory.
Compensation ranges from Rs85,00 to Rs100,00 per month, plus benefits.
Location: Mandi Bahauddin (Full-time, regular travel required).
