Job Description
The Qadri Group of Companies is seeking a committed Performance Management Specialist to develop and oversee our Performance Management System (PMS). This role involves collaboration with department heads to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are in alignment with organizational objectives, effectively executing PMS cycles, and facilitating training sessions on PMS methodologies.
Key responsibilities encompass analyzing performance trends, proposing strategies for improvement, and ensuring transparency in performance evaluations across all departments. Ideal candidates should possess either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
This is a full-time position located at Canal Bank Izmir Town, Lahore, requiring in-person attendance.
