Job Description
Creative Chaos is seeking a highly motivated People & Culture Executive to become a vital member of our HR team. This role demands not only a robust analytical and marketing skill set but also a genuine enthusiasm for cultivating a positive workplace culture and boosting employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities: You will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, foster a supportive work environment, collaborate on HR strategies, perform data analysis for employee insights, and manage employee feedback mechanisms.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, strong data analysis capabilities, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of HR policies, and the ability to prioritize tasks independently are required.
