Job Description
Aura Studio is an evolving organization in search of a skilled and experienced HR Executive to strengthen our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will take charge of HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, and ensure strict adherence to company policies as well as labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, onboarding procedures, and maintenance of employee records.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
- Facilitate employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Coordinate training programs and assist with performance evaluations.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
