Job Description
XAD Technologies is seeking a dedicated Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. This full-time position is based at the NASTP Building Gate No. 2 on Old Airport Road and offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs80,00 to Rs90,00, along with health insurance benefits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, organizing meetings and travel, drafting reports and professional correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and liaising with key stakeholders. Preparing board meeting materials will also be essential.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
