Job Description
J&J Solutions is actively seeking motivated and committed Customer Support Representatives to be a part of our team. This position can be offered as full-time or part-time and requires working from our Lahore office during night shifts, primarily serving our clients in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by responding to inquiries through email, phone, or chat.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to vacation rentals promptly.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills are essential.
