Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will develop and execute lead-generation strategies to attract new customers and drive company growth.

• Source leads via LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms; conduct email campaigns and cold calls; maintain accurate lead records.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns, report key metrics, and refine strategies using data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with operations and management to plan resources, meet revenue targets, prioritize tasks, and ensure consistent follow-up.

Requirements: Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business or related field, 2+ years in IT lead generation, proficiency with CRM/marketing automation, strong communication and analytical skills.

Full-time (remote). Pay: From Rs100,00/month.
