Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head of Internal Audit to lead our internal audit function, strengthen controls, manage enterprise risk, and ensure regulatory and financial compliance. The role oversees the development and execution of the annual audit plan, evaluates internal controls and financial reporting, coordinates with external auditors, and presents findings to executive management and the audit committee.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in internal audit or assurance
- Deep knowledge of auditing standards and regulatory requirements
- CPA or CIA preferred
- Proven leadership in building and mentoring high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills and clear communication to drive process improvements and support corporate governance
