Job Description
Are you a natural leader with a proven sales background? INKTANK DESIGNS is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee our night shift operations, specifically managing our sales team on Discord and Twitch.
Shift Timing: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Fixed Salary: Rs. 60,00
Bonus: Earn commission based on overall shift sales
Platforms: Exclusively on Discord & Twitch
Qualifications:
– Must have at least 3 months of sales experience on Discord and/or Twitch
– Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities
– Proven ability to manage and inspire a team effectively during shifts
