Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to manage daily operations while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Major responsibilities include monitoring production efficiency, implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ensuring food safety adherence. The supervisor will collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams, maintain production records, and generate necessary reports. Additionally, training and supervising production staff will be a key aspect of the role.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science or Technology, with a minimum of 4 years in FMCG production. A strong grasp of food safety standards, exceptional analytical and leadership abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,00 – Rs110,00 per month
