Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who embodies the following qualities:
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions or alternatives.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Requirements
