Job Description
Hi Volts Guitar Shop is excited to announce an opening for a results-oriented female HR Manager to become a part of our vibrant team. The role involves sourcing and retaining exceptional talent, training team members, overseeing payroll, and managing performance records to ensure optimal team efficiency.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, possess a Bachelor’s degree, demonstrate excellent communication abilities, and be proficient in Excel and marketing strategies. Two professional references are required.
Job Hours: 12 PM to 8 PM / 10 PM. Compensation: Rs. 45,00.00 – Rs. 70,00.00 per month.
