Heetly is currently looking for a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team located on Model Town Link Road. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our users, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience on our platform. Your key responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries through multiple channels, assisting new users, troubleshooting issues, and working collaboratively with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
